Estimate & Contract
A line-item estimate built against finalized plans, with Cost Plus pricing so you see exactly what you're paying for.
Build
Daily texts on progress and decisions, weekly written updates, and a walkthrough with you every month, so you always know where your project stands.
Finish Work
Trim, cabinetry, and millwork installed by the same crew that framed it, so the details land the way they were drawn.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room with you, close out the punch list, and hand your home back finished, not almost finished.
